How ChatSked handles customer, business, and appointment data.

ChatSked stores what the booking workflow needs: business profiles, services, staff, customer contact details provided during booking, appointments, conversations, and follow-ups.

Customer data belongs to the business it was shared with. Each tenant's data is isolated with database-level access rules, so one business can never see another's records.

Transactional emails (confirmations, reminders, follow-ups) are sent only for booking purposes to addresses customers provide.

We do not sell personal data. Analytics, if enabled, are limited to operating the service.

Businesses can request export or deletion of their data via the contact page.
