ChatSked provides conversational appointment-booking software on a subscription basis. Plans define booking capacity, staff, and service limits, enforced server-side.

Businesses are responsible for the accuracy of their services, availability, prices, and booking rules — customers can only book what the business configures.

Customer payment processing between businesses and their customers is outside the core booking experience.

Accounts must not be used to send spam, misrepresent availability, or collect data beyond the booking purpose.

Subscriptions can be cancelled; plan changes and cancellations take effect per the subscription terms shown at checkout.
